Refund policy

At Zarkan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

7-Day Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged items.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Customized or personalized jewelry.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Zarkan.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
